Regrettably, Dawn is very unwell and is currently unable to work in any capacity. She is not returning to NZBMA, nor is she offering massage services to past or current clients for the foreseeable future. While we appreciate the many recommendations, which are a true testament to her decade of heart-led work, her health must now come first.

Welcome to NZBMA,

Your functional movement experts, established in 2016 by the mother & son duo, Dawn & Wayne Armour. Who seek to offer services that move beyond conventional thinking & traditional soft tissue manual therapy approaches & massage techniques. NZBMA’s ethos is grounded in the power of obtaining full functional dynamic mobility, free of discomfort or fascial movement restrictions. Dawn and Wayne achieve this through education, practical use of manual tools, content resources & establishing sustainable homecare. Aiming to support your growth toward self-reliance & self-maintenance, targeting overall well-being. NZBMA is built to advocate for diversity, endorse inclusion & support Ōtautahi Christchurch community wherever possible.
